- Do You work with Long Term Care Insurances?

We work with all Long Term Care Insurance companies.

- Can I talk to someone after hours?

You will talk to a staff member any time you call, whether it is after hours or on weekends.

- How do you know that the Caregiver arrived and worked a full shift?

We use a system where the caregiver has to clock in from the clients landline, or within 10 yards of the residents home.

- How often is the client's needs assessed?

Our RN will do an assessment with 2-3 days from the start of service. Every 30 days there is a phone call assessment, then a mini assessment after 90 days and another full assessment after 180 days., both of which are done in person.

We are your resource for any of your needs, as we partner with many other companies and individuals in senior care. So please do not hesitate to ask for any help you might need. We can refer you to DME companies, elder care lawyers, care managers, hospice companies. We are here to help you.
